  1. Ask: you tell me what you need, and I type the request, “Build a quote tracker for a lawn care business”, into WolfeOS’s chat.
  2. Plan: before anything is built, the plan shows where the app will go, its estimated cost and the spending cap where it stops.
  3. Build: the steps tick through Received, Building, Checking and Ready, and the app waits for your approval.
  4. App: every quote in one place, sorted into Sent, Accepted and Declined, so you can see which to follow up.
  5. Records: each quote is linked to its customer and to the job it turns into.
  6. Agents: the same record graph gains an agent, your approval and Gmail. Work moves from the inquiry through an approved action to a checked customer record.
  7. Learning: the checked result feeds your feedback back to the agent. Approved instructions guide the next run, and its result is checked again.
