Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026. These terms apply to wolfeintelligence.com, its client portal (the "Portal") and WolfeOS, the software the Portal runs on. How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

WolfeOS is made and run by Wolfe Intelligence LLC ("we", "us"). "You" means the business that uses WolfeOS and the people it lets sign in.

Using WolfeOS

WolfeOS builds and runs apps for your business: it keeps your records, shows your reports and, where you connect other services, works with them for you. By signing in or using the Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Your business decides who else can sign in and what each person can do, and is responsible for what they do in WolfeOS.

Your data

You own your data: the records you enter or upload, and what WolfeOS reads from services you connect. You give us permission to store and use it only to run WolfeOS for you. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.

Connected services and changes made for you

When you connect a service such as Google Ads, QuickBooks or Square, WolfeOS can read from it and, where that service allows it, make changes in it for your business, such as changing an ad budget, pausing a campaign or sending an invoice. WolfeOS does this only with the permission your business granted when it connected the service, and within what the Connected services table in our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for approving these changes and for the people you allow to approve them. Each connected service also has its own terms, which still apply to you.

AI can make mistakes

WolfeOS uses AI. Its answers, drafts, summaries and suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you act on them, especially before anything that costs money or goes to a customer. Nothing WolfeOS produces is professional legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, rent or share access to WolfeOS outside your business.
• Do not use WolfeOS for anything illegal, to send spam, or to harm or deceive anyone.
• Do not try to break into, overload or copy WolfeOS, or reach another business's data.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

Payment and cancellation

Fees are as agreed in your plan with us. You can cancel at any time. When you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and we will delete it when you ask.

No warranty

We work hard to keep WolfeOS running and correct, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Wolfe Intelligence LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using WolfeOS or from relying on what it produces.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with it. If a change matters to how you use WolfeOS, we will tell you before it takes effect. Using WolfeOS after that means you accept the new terms.
